The founder and face behind Social Movement Studios.

I've been working in the marketing space for over 10 years across every aspect from Community Management, to Graphic Design, Partnerships, Events and Marketing Manager. Over those years I have worked with brands such as Chobani, Halo Top, Move With Us & Fitaz.  

Alongside marketing I am a Yoga Teacher & Fitness Instructor and have combined my two passions into one, Social Movement Studios, specialising in the health and wellness space.
